**Job Summary**:
The Marketing Executive is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing marketing strategies to promote products and services, drive customer engagement, increase brand awareness, and ultimately boost sales. This role involves coordinating with the marketing team, vendors, and cross-functional departments to ensure seamless campaign execution across all platforms.
**Responsibilities**:
**Campaign Management**:
- Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to promote products and services.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, social media, and in-store promotions).
- Collaborate with the sales and merchandising teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
- Manage marketing calendar for special promotions, seasonal campaigns, and events.
**Content Creation**:
- Work closely with designers and external agencies to develop visuals for marketing materials.
**Market Research and Analysis**:
- Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Analyze campaign performance and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and track customer feedback to improve brand awareness and customer satisfaction.
**Digital Marketing**:
- Manage the company’s social media platforms, including content scheduling, engagement, and performance analysis.
- Optimize SEO, SEM, and online advertising efforts to drive traffic to the website and store.
**Event Planning and Coordination**:
- Organize and execute in-store promotions, events, and brand activations to drive foot traffic and sales.
- Coordinate partnerships and collaborations with influencers, vendors, and other retail brands.
**Budget Management**:
- Monitor the marketing budget and track expenses to ensure cost-effective campaigns.
- Negotiate with suppliers and vendors for marketing materials, event venues, and advertising.
**Brand Development**:
- Maintain and enhance the brand's identity by ensuring consistent messaging across all marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the merchandising and product development teams to promote new product launches.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent to related field.
- **Experience**: 2 years of experience in retail marketing, preferably within a similar industry.
- **Skills**:
- Strong understanding of retail marketing strategies and consumer behavior.
- Experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt in new task given
- Age preferred : 26 - 33 years old
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
