Warehouse Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Inventory Management**
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and materials.
- Ensure proper documentation and system entry (e.g., Goods Received Notes, stock-in reports).
- Monitor and manage stock levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with system records.
- Label and arrange items in an organized manner for easy identification and retrieval.

**2. Storage and Warehouse Operations**
- Assign appropriate storage locations based on item type, size, and handling requirements.
- Ensure items are stored safely, securely, and according to SOPs (e.g., FIFO, FEFO).
- Monitor the condition of storage areas to ensure cleanliness, pest control, and safety compliance.
- Oversee the movement of goods within the warehouse (stock-in, stock-out, relocation, etc.)

**3. Goods Issuance and Dispatch**
- Prepare and verify outgoing orders against delivery orders or pick lists.
- Coordinate with Customer Service or Operations for timely dispatch and transport arrangement.
- Ensure accuracy in picking, packing, and labelling of goods before dispatch.
- Generate documentation for outgoing shipments (Delivery Order, Transfer Note, etc.)

**4. System and Documentation**
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory movement in the warehouse management system (WMS) or Asolute.
- File and archive all warehouse-related documents properly.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or missing items immediately to the supervisor.

**5. Coordination and Support**
- Work closely with customer service, logistics, and procurement teams to support smooth operations.
- Assist with incoming and outgoing goods inspections.
- Support audits and stock checks by providing necessary data and access.

**Requirement**:
**1. Education & Experience**
- **Diploma or Bachelor's Degree** in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent working experience).
- **Minimum 2-5 years** of experience in warehouse operations or inventory management.
- **Supervisory experience** in a warehouse or logistics environment is highly preferred.

**2. Technical Skills & Knowledge**
- **Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures**, inventory control, and best practices (e.g., FIFO, FEFO).
- Familiarity with **Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)**and/or **ERP systems** such as SAP, Oracle, or **Asolute**.
- Proficient in **Microsoft Office** (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Understanding of **stocktaking procedures**, documentation (GRN, DO, transfer notes), and report generation.

**3. Operational & Physical Skills**
- Ability to **manage stock movement,** labeling, and storage efficiently.
- Experience with **receiving, dispatching, and inspecting goods**.
- Comfortable with **physical warehouse tasks** and working in a warehouse environment (standing, lifting, climbing ladders if needed).
- Knowledge of **safety, hygiene, and compliance standards** in storage and logistics.

**4. Analytical & Organizational Skills**
- Strong **attention to detail** for stock reconciliation and documentation.
- Good **problem-solving skills** to identify and address inventory discrepancies or damages.
- Ability to **analyze stock levels**, anticipate shortages/overstock, and take proactive action.

**5. Communication & Interpersonal Skills**
- Good **verbal and written communication** skills.
- Able to **coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams** like customer service, procurement, and logistics.
- Able to **lead and supervise warehouse assistants or operators.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
