1. LCL Warehouse Operations: Manage day-to-day warehouse activities related to LCL shipments, including receiving, unloading, sorting, and storing cargo from various suppliers and customers.

2. Inventory Management: Implement effective inventory control measures to accurately track LCL cargo stock levels. Conduct regular stock counts, reconcile discrepancies, and optimize space utilization within the warehouse.

3. Order Fulfillment: Ensure accurate picking, packing, and dispatching of LCL shipments according to customer orders and delivery schedules. Maintain high accuracy to avoid shipment errors.

4. Quality Control: Enforce quality control procedures to guarantee that LCL shipments meet our company's standards and customers' requirements. Inspect incoming and outgoing cargo for damages or defects.

5. Safety and Compliance: Uphold safety standards and compliance with company policies and regulations. Train and enforce safe practices among warehouse staff, and maintain a safe working environment.

6. Team Management: Lead and supervise warehouse staff, including training, task delegation, performance evaluations, and fostering a positive work environment.

7. Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancement within the LCL warehouse operations. Implement best practices to streamline workflows.

8. Communication: Collaborate closely with other teams, such as procurement, logistics, and customer service, to ensure smooth coordination and effective supply chain management.

9. Technology Utilization: Utilize warehouse management systems and other technology tools to track shipments, monitor inventory levels, and generate reports for management.

10. Problem Solving: Address any challenges or issues that arise during LCL warehouse operations promptly and effectively. Implement corrective actions and preventive measures.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, specifically in managing Less than Container Load (LCL) shipments within a supply chain company.
- In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes.
- Familiarity with LCL cargo handling procedures, consolidation, and deconsolidation processes.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide warehouse staff.
- Detail-oriented and organized approach to maintain accuracy in handling and documenting LCL shipments.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance in a warehouse setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration with various teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and related technology.
- Problem-solving skills to address operational challenges and implement process improvements.
- Flexibility and adaptability to manage varying workload demands and tight deadlines.
