About the role

Jingdong Holdings Malaysia Sdn Bhd, a leading e-commerce and logistics company, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Port Klang, Selangor. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the efficient and effective operations of our state-of-the-art warehouse facility. What you'll be doing

  1. Supervising and coordinating the daily activities of the warehouse team, including receiving, storage, order picking, and dispatch of goods
  2. Optimizing warehouse layout and processes to improve productivity and efficiency
  3. Maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting regular stock checks
  4. Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
  5. Providing training and support to warehouse staff to enhance their skills and performance
  6. Collaborating with other departments to improve overall supply chain operations
  7. Generating and analyzing reports to identify areas for improvement
