Job Vacancy: Warehouse Assistant Officer ( Male)

Job Brief

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Assistant Officer indoor and outdoor to oversee and coordinate daily warehousing and operational activities. You will be responsible for ensuring productivity, quality, and efficiency, as well as achieving the appropriate level of output within set timelines. Ultimately, you should ensure that daily operations meet and exceed performance expectations while contributing to the company's KPIs.

This role requires working at Pulau Indah (West Port) in a warehouse environment that handles a large volume of e-waste and electronic items, where proper coordination and organization are crucial.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and assuring the quality of goods.
  • Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee performance.
  • Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas.
  • Communicate job expectations and coach employees.
  • Determine staffing levels and assign workloads.
  • Maintain item records, document necessary information, and utilize reports to project warehouse status.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions or adjustments to work procedures.
  • Coordinate activities with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements & Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of working experience as a Warehouse supervisor or in a related field.
  • Age 30 years and above.
  • Ability to work effectively in a warehouse filled with electronic items and e-waste, ensuring proper handling and coordination.
  • Strong supervisory skills with hands-on commitment to completing tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
