**Job Summary **:This position is to responsible for developing seasonal menu options and assisting in meal planning. Key duties include ensuring timely kitchen operations, resolving customer concerns, monitoring inventory, and ordering supplies as needed. The role involves supporting kitchen staff, recruiting and training new employees, creating schedules, and evaluating performance.

**Working hours**:5 Working Days and 2 Offdays per week.
- Tuesday - Saturday : 1.00pm -11.00 pm (1 hour break)
- Closed on Sunday and Monday

**Job Scope**:
a) Develop new menu options based on seasonal changes and customer demand

(b) Assist with the preparation and planning of meal designs

(c) Ensure that kitchen activities operate in a timely manner

(d) Resolve customer problems and concerns personally

(e) Monitor and record inventory, and if necessary, order new supplies

(f) Provide support to senior/junior kitchen employees with various tasks including line cooking, food preparation, and dish plating

(g) Recruit and train new kitchen employees to meet restaurant and kitchen standards

(h) Create schedules for kitchen employees and evaluate their performance

(i) Adhere to and implement sanitation regulations and safety regulations

(j) Manage the kitchen team in the Executive Chef's absence;
(k) Other tasks, including some front of house duties where required, which may be assigned to you from time to time based on the Company’s business needs.
