Coffee Course Sales

**Content & Copywriting**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for sales and client follow-up for coffee courses, including responding to inquiries, introducing courses, inviting registration, handling payments, and after-sales follow-up.
- Plan and execute advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, etc.) to increase course visibility and boost enrollment conversion rates.
- Assist in developing course sales strategies to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Regularly review advertising performance and provide optimization recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with baristas and the course team to ensure promotional content aligns with the actual course.
- Manage student registration forms, WhatsApp inquiries, and integration with automation systems (e.g., ChatDaddy).

**Job Requirements**

**Education**:

- Diploma or above, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Business Management, or related fields.

**Experience**:

- At least 1 year of sales experience (preferably in education, coffee, or F&B industry).
- At least 1 year of digital advertising experience, familiar with Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram Ads setup.

**Skills**:

- Able to craft engaging sales copy in both English and Chinese, including ad headlines, course introductions, and calls-to-action.
- Skilled at adjusting tone and content according to target audiences.
- Strong copywriting skills, able to create persuasive promotional content independently.
- Familiar with Canva for basic visual design (ability to create simple ad visuals is an advantage).

**Personality Traits**:

- Proactive and results-driven.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Passionate about coffee culture and enthusiastic about promoting coffee courses.

**Language**:

- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.

**Other Requirements**:

- WIlling to work evenings or weekends depending on course schedules.
- Must have own transport and be able to work on-site in Kajang.

**Advanced Skills (preferred)**

**Digital Marketing**:

- Able to independently manage Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Google Ads.
- Knowledge of audience targeting, pixel setup, and remarketing strategies.
- Capable of interpreting ad metrics (CTR, CPM, CPA, ROAS) and recommending improvements.

**Design & Visual Aesthetics**:

- Proficient in Canva or Photoshop for ad creatives.
- Good eye for design consistency and professionalism.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Familiar with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, ChatDaddy integration with Google Sheets).
- Able to build sales funnels and maintain customer databases with strong data management skills.

**Sales & Negotiation**:

- Confident in communicating with customers via phone or WhatsApp to identify needs and close deals.
- Knowledge of upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximize customer value.

**Communication & Teamwork**:

- Strong collaboration skills with baristas, designers, and management teams.
- Capable of cross-department coordination to achieve marketing objectives.

**Organization & Self-Management**:

- Able to prioritize tasks independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong time management to ensure timely execution of advertising and follow-up.

**Analysis & Problem-Solving**:

- Able to propose improvements based on sales or advertising results.
- Logical thinker, quick to identify and optimize issues in the sales process.

**Technical & Tools**:

- Familiar with WhatsApp Business API or ChatDaddy automation.
- Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel for data tracking.
- Able to create registration forms using Google Forms or Typeform.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and Meta Pixel setup is a plus.

**Language Advantage**:

- Fluent in English and Chinese (both written and spoken)
- Knowledge of Malay or other languages (Thai/Japanese) will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in using social media (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, etc.).

Monday to Friday

Weekends depending on course schedules

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 18 months

Pay: RM3,600.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
