**What YOU will be working on**:

- Determine operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, evaluating output requirements and formats
- Construct workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities and writing specifications
- Improve systems by studying current practices and designing modifications
- Recommend controls by identifying problems and writing improved procedures
- Ensure timely project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports and recommending actions
- Maintain user confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
- Serve as point-of-contact between business and IT for reporting and data systems issues
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Conduct and coordinate financial, product, market, operational and related research to support strategic and business planning within Life Line Lab
- Understand and communicate the financial and operational impact of any changes
- Suggest changes to senior management using analytics to support your recommendations. Actively participate in the implementation of approved changes
- Conduct major sessions within project such as User Acceptance Test and Training

**; Requirements: - What WE are looking for**:

- A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology with at least 2 years’ experience as a Business Analyst/System Analyst/Functional Consultant
- Authorized to work in Malaysia and no visa sponsorship is required
- All fresh graduates are welcomed to apply

- Ability to document and present complex information concerning IT projects and solutions to business stakeholders
- Excellent document writing skills (e.g. functional specifications, business process design documents)
- Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive
- Ability to work independently and with others
- Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
- Passion for building a great products and contributing towards future
- Must have excellent communication and presentation skills
