**Job Position Overview**: **Job Salary**: RM4,500 - RM7,000 The job requires you to: - Design, implement, and manage integrations between various marketing technologies, including CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools. - Ensure seamless data flow across marketing systems to enable accurate data collection, analysis, and actionable insights. - Develop and maintain a scalable and efficient low-code system architecture that supports rapid prototyping and agile development of marketing technologies. - Collaborate with marketing analysts and digital marketers to understand their technology needs and translate business requirements into robust martech solutions. - Platform Optimization: - Continuously evaluate and optimize the marketing technology stack to improve marketing performance, user experience, and ROI. - Implement best practices in system maintenance, security, and data integrity. - Work closely with performance marketers, content producers, and CRM Associates to ensure marketing technology alignment with campaign strategies and business goals. - Provide technical guidance and support to marketing team members, enabling them to leverage martech solutions effectively. - Stay abreast of new martech trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation and improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness. - Experiment with and recommend new technologies or approaches that can enhance our marketing capabilities and drive growth. - Develop and deliver training to marketing team members on using martech tools and systems effectively. - Create documentation and resources to support the adoption and effective use of marketing technologies. **Job Requirement** We are looking for someone who is: - Bachelor's degree in Information System, Software Engineering. Or with 2 years of relevant work experience in Digital Marketing, MarOps, or BizOps support. - Proven track record of building systems and processes that support marketing, sales, and service teams is a plus - Demonstrated interest in continued skills development, especially around digital marketing, data analytics, and technology tools. - Proficiency in Programming languages: CSS, HTML, Javascript, and SQL is a very strong advantage. - Adept at quickly mastering new tools and technologies within the evolving MarTech landscape. Demonstrating a keen ability to adapt swiftly. - Prior experience with CRM, CMS, MarTech software (e.g. Marketo, Salesforce, Hubspot, WordPress, etc.) - Familiarity or exposure with marketing data analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Zoho Analytics, Supermetrics, etc) is a plus - Strong communication skills to collaborate with a cross-functional team. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment **Benefits & Perks**: We offer a dynamic and innovative startup environment that accelerates your career growth and development.
