As a **Marketing Executive**, Here's Your Spotlight:
In this role you will be responsible for:
**1. Content Creation**:

- Develop contents and strategy for our website, social media, and other online platforms, in collaboration with the directors. This can include before-and-after photos, walkthrough videos, and other engaging visuals.
- Utilize various tools to increase content creation productivity.

**2. Photography and Videography**:

- Capturing high-quality images and videos of completed projects. Work with our photography associates on project portfolios to craft multimedia content, such as videos and photos.

**3. Social Media Management**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Create and curate content for different social media platforms, Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and manage online reputation.

**4. Campaign Planning and Execution**:

- Develop marketing strategies and plans to reach target audiences and achieve business objectives.
- Create and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, such as digital, social media, print, and events.
- Collaborate with outsourced team to develop marketing materials like advertisements, content, and visuals.

**5. Digital Marketing**:

- Manage online presence through website management, SEO, and SEM strategies.
- Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns (social media ads, display ads, etc.).

**6. Analytics and Reporting**:

- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide regular reports to management, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Market Research: Conduct research on the interior design industry, including market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies. Share findings and insights with the team.

**7. Budget Management**:

- Manage the marketing budget efficiently, allocating resources to different campaigns and activities.
- Monitor expenses and ensure campaigns are executed within the allocated budget.

**8. Website Management**:

- Maintain and update the company's website, ensuring that IT reflects the latest projects, services, and contact information.

**9. Adding Company Logo to Photos**:

- Ensure that the company's logo is properly added to photos and graphics used in various digital materials, maintaining brand consistency.

**10. Updating Company Profile from Time to Time**:

- Keeping the company profile and information up-to-date, reflecting changes and developments within the company.

Additional tasks as directed by management occasionally

**Requirement**:

- A minimum of 2 years of working experience in marketing & content creation or related field.
- Writing and Speaking proficiency in all three main languages in Malaysia (English, Malay, Chinese).
- Required skill(s): Photo shooting, Video shooting, Photoshop, Canva, Powerpoint, Adobe Creative Suite or relevant software.
- Basic knowledge of marketing principles.
- Good attitude and willing to learn.
- Independent, time management and responsible with excellent communication skills.
- Experiences in Interior Design & Build industry will be an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sri Petaling: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
