Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Campaigns & Execution

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
  • Coordinate promotional activities, product launches, and events.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide reports with key insights and recommendations.

2. Digital Marketing

  • Manage social media platforms, including content planning, posting, and community engagement.
  • Support website updates, SEO efforts, and digital advertising campaigns.
  • Track and analyse digital performance metrics.

3. Content & Creative Development

  • Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, posters, EDMs, and product catalogs.
  • Coordinate with designers, agencies, and suppliers for creative development.

4. Branding & Communication

  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
  • Prepare internal and external communication materials.
  • Support PR activities, media coordination, and press release preparation (if required).

5. Administrative & Coordination Support

  • Handle marketing documentation, reports, and filing.
  • Manage A&P budget tracking, vendor quotations, purchase requests (PO/PR) and invoices.
  • Liaise with sales, product, and operations teams for marketing-related requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in marketing (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for junior roles).
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite is a plus).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, SEO tools, etc.).
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills.
