About the Role

The Assistant Marketing Manager will spearhead CrownLivin's marketing initiatives across offline and online channels, ensuring campaigns are impactful, timely, and aligned with Group Marketing strategies.

This role manages digital platforms, showroom activations, dealer support, and vendor partnerships while tracking KPIs to drive brand growth and business performance.

What you'll be doing

  • Plan & Execute Campaigns – Lead CrownLivin marketing campaigns across offline and online channels, ensuring timely delivery, budget efficiency, and achievement of campaign objectives.
  • Drive Brand Presence – Coordinate exhibitions, roadshows, showroom activations, and dealer events, while supporting dealers with collaterals, campaign kits, and showroom marketing materials.
  • Manage Digital Platforms – Oversee website, social media, EDMs, and WhatsApp campaigns; collaborate with digital agencies for SEO, creatives, and performance marketing.
  • Content & Creative Oversight – Work with internal teams and external agencies to develop impactful content and marketing assets, ensuring brand consistency across all communications.
  • Performance & Partnerships – Track campaign ROI, lead generation, and showroom traffic; manage budgets, vendors, influencers, and media partners to strengthen CrownLivin's market presence.

What we're looking for

  • Min 3 years in marketing, with exposure to both offline and digital campaigns.
  • Strong track record in marketing campaign planning, execution, and budget management.
  • Familiarity with exhibitions, roadshows, showroom activations, and dealer/distributor marketing.
  • Hands-on experience in managing digital platforms (social media, website, EDMs, WhatsApp marketing) and coordinating with agencies for SEO, creatives, and performance marketing.
  • Strong content and creative coordination skills, with the ability to brief and manage agencies effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in tracking ROI, lead generation, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Excellent vendor and stakeholder management, with the ability to build strong external partnerships.
  • Strong multitasking, project coordination, and communication skills.
  • Willing to work on weekends/ PH whenever deemed necessary.
