About the role

CHEE WAI GLOBAL SDN. BHD. are seeking an experienced Marketing Assistant to join their team in Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing operations of the organization.

What you'll be doing

1. Assist in Marketing Campaigns
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns (offline & online)
  • Coordinate with sales, design, and operations teams to align marketing efforts
  • Ensure marketing materials are produced and delivered on time
2. Social Media & Digital Marketing Support
  • Create and schedule social media content (e.g. posts, captions, visuals)
  • Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
  • Monitor audience engagement and respond to messages/comments
  • Assist in running online ads (Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
  • Support website content updates and email marketing campaigns
3. Market Research & Reporting
  • Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis
  • Monitor marketing trends and consumer behavior
  • Assist in preparing campaign reports, performance tracking (KPIs, analytics)
4. Marketing Materials & Event Support
  • Prepare brochures, flyers, banners, and other promotional materials
  • Liaise with vendors, printers, and suppliers
  • Support planning and execution of events, exhibitions, and roadshows
5. Administrative Tasks
  • Maintain marketing files, records, and databases
  • Assist in budget tracking and invoice processing
  • Coordinate meetings and prepare presentation materials
  • Handle customer/client inquiries related to marketing campaigns
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related fields
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (internship experience is a bonus)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Creative with a basic eye for design and content creation
  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office, Canva or Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Bonus: Familiar with social media tools, email marketing, Google Analytics or ad platforms
