Key Responsibilities

  • Actively prospect and engage new clients through online (Meta Ads, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, etc.) and offline channels.
  • Respond promptly to online inquiries and provide professional consultation to help clients identify suitable product or brand solutions.
  • Arrange meetings (online and offline) to explain how Bioalpha can assist them in building or launching their own health brands.
  • Participate in marketing and sales events such as trade exhibitions, brand launches, or product showcases.
  • Contribute ideas for marketing materials — including campaign content, visuals, and promotional strategies.
  • Maintain client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and follow-up consistency.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, lead generation, and market insights.
