Job Summary:
The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for driving sponsorship outreach, partnership growth, and managing the company's online sales operations. This dual-role position focuses on securing corporate collaborations under projects and partnerships, while also managing products via online platforms, ensuring sales growth, efficient order processing, and data reporting. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and capable of balancing relationship-building with digital commerce execution.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Sponsorship & Partnerships (Corporate Focus)
1) Prospecting & Outreach
- Identify and approach potential corporate sponsors under special projects and partnerships.
- Achieve targeted outreach contacts through calls, emails, and networking.
- Build and maintain an updated database of sponsor leads and partnership contacts
2) Lead Management & Coordination
- Qualify sponsorship leads and channel them accordingly
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely proposal submissions and follow-ups.
3) Proposal & Presentation Support
- Assist in preparing sponsorship decks, living proposals, and presentation materials.
- Maintain organized folders and documentation for sponsorship activities.
4) Coverage & Collaboration
- Leader Coverage: Partnerships and Projects (Corporate)
- Backup Coverage:
Kayangan Living Proposals (deck preparation), Kayangan TV (outreach).
B. E-Commerce Operations (Online Sales Focus)
1. Online Store Management
- Manage day-to-day operations for online platforms, including product uploads, order processing, and affiliate coordination.
- Oversee Used Item Sales platforms (Shopee, Instagram Shop).
2. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor online sales performance, customer behaviour, and product trends.
- Maintain accurate customer databases and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
3. System & Product Optimization
- Ensure product listings are accurate, attractive, and up-to-date.
- Support backend system updates and improve operational efficiency.
4. Coverage & Collaboration
- Leader Coverage: SL, Salam, and Used Item Sales operations.
- Backup Coverage: Clearance live support, Seasonal Merchandising (system coordination).
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in sponsorship, partnerships, or e-commerce operations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, social media marketing, and e-commerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok, IG Shop).
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
- Creative, organized, and able to work under minimal supervision.
