About the role

AR Furniture Marketing Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented Marketing Clerk to join our team in Puncak Alam, Selangor. This full-time position will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts and driving the success of our brand.

What you'll be doing

  • Responsible in preparing daily/monthly sales, promotion, and inventory tracking report.
  • To assist product marketing team in executing marketing programs, customer service, preparing daily Sales Order, Delivery Order & Sales Invoice.
  • To do Clerical and Operational Work such as Filing (Invoices, Delivery Order, Debit Note & Credit Note), courier documents, and etc.
  • To prepare and distribute daily or monthly reports to Salesman, to update them on sales activities, and conduct investigations to identify and resolve order and inventory problems.
  • To prepare marketing report such as Daily Invoice Listing, Products output base on individual product, SST reports and ad-hoc reports base on management requirement.
What We're Looking For
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to prepare and manage reports using Excel.
  • Experience using SQL is preferred.
  • Full-time position(s) available.
