Production Clerk

Production Clerk is to assist the leader/ production manager to carry out daily routine production documentation processes.
- Assist the leader to coordinate weekly production report among production section leaders. Update the weekly production report and report to the leader and Production Manager.
- Coordinate documents related to ISO Environmental & Quality Management System for production department.
- Key in and summarize production reports.
- Data entry for all the production material transactions.
- Check and update attendance for all the staffs in the department.
- Collect and submit all the leave forms, overtime daily claim forms to HR dept.
- Raise PR for production order.
- Any ad hoc job as assigned by the superior from time to time.
- Preferably has clerical working experience in manufacturing industries as a production clerk.
