Finance Clerk

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about numbers? Join our dynamic team as a Finance Clerk, where you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth financial operations from delivery to payment collection.
What You'll Do
- Preparing invoices and statements of accounts monthly
- Monitoring customer balances and collections
- Generating weekly collection reports
- Handling journal vouchers and intercompany reconciliations
- Ensuring timely submission of DOs to meet billing KPIs
- Sending payment reminders and maintaining organized documentation
What We're Looking For
- Minimum SPM/STPM qualification
- Basic understanding of accounting processes, especially in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with related documents like Work Orders, Sales Orders, Production Notes, and DOs
- Able to work independently under pressure
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
Who You'll Work With
You'll collaborate closely with internal teams like Warehouse, Purchasing, Planning, and Business Development, and build strong relationships with customers' Finance and Purchasing departments.
