Job Description:

  1. Proposal Preparation: Prepare proposals for customers based on Requests for Quotation (RFQs), ensuring accuracy and alignment with customer requirements.
  2. Collaboration: Collaborate with the Engineering team to develop new project concepts and solutions that meet client specifications and industry standards.
  3. Costing: Prepare and compile cost estimates for new projects, considering all necessary resources and materials to ensure competitiveness.
  4. Follow-Up: Follow up on submitted proposals to ensure customer engagement and address any questions or concerns.
  5. Technical Support: Assist in resolving technical issues that arise during project development or implementation, providing expert guidance as needed.
  6. Documentation Verification: Verify that the Bill of Materials (BOM) provided by customers is up-to-date, ensuring accurate project planning and execution

Requirements:

  1. Education: Possess a diploma / degree in Sales/ Marketing/ Engineering or a related field to demonstrate a strong foundation in engineering knowledge and practices.
  2. Experience: Preferably at least 1 year in industrial automation equipment.
  3. Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent writing and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment: Thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, managing multiple priorities and time-sensitive financial matters.
