Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for retail loan origination applications across portfolios such as Mortgage, ASB, Auto Finance, Credit Card, Personal Loan, and Overdraft Facilities.
  • Work with retail loan origination process flows, Document Management System (DMS), and broader loan ecosystem.
  • Design, implement, and manage REST API integrations within the ecosystem.
  • Create, review, update, and finalize Interface Specifications between systems.
  • Perform design reviews on workflow changes and manage integration points.
  • Develop and execute System Integration Testing (SIT) test cases.
  • Manage source code through version control systems and ensure proper change management.
  • Perform application installation, deployment, and oversee testing environment setup and control.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases and effectively manage resolution of application-related issues.
  • Prepare technical documentation and promote software packages to production and disaster recovery (DR) environments.
  • Provide post-implementation support and second-level technical assistance to business users.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience in banking or financial services IT systems preferred, especially in loan origination or DMS.
  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, system integration, and interface design.
  • Hands-on experience in SIT and UAT environments, including testing and defect resolution.
  • Proficiency in source control tools (e.g., Git, SVN).
  • Familiarity with deployment practices, production readiness, and DR compliance.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
