Job Responsibilities

1. Marketing Support

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital, social media, offline activities).
  • Support the creation and editing of marketing materials such as brochures, posters, product sheets, and presentations.
  • Coordinate with designers, suppliers, and agencies for marketing collateral and artwork.
  • Monitor brand consistency across all platforms.

2. Administrative & Coordination

  • Handle A&P documentation, PO creation, and invoice processing.
  • Track A&P budgets and ensure proper record-keeping.
  • Arrange logistics for marketing events, product launches, and promotions.
  • Manage sample requests, stock collection, and returns.

3. Digital Marketing Support

  • Assist with social media posting, content planning, and performance tracking.
  • Support e-commerce listing updates, product information accuracy, and sales performance monitoring.
  • Prepare basic digital reports (reach, engagement, traffic, etc.).

4. Customer & Sales Support

  • Coordinate inquiries related to product information, marketing materials, or ongoing promotions.
  • Provide support to sales teams by preparing product decks, sell sheets, and updated marketing materials.

5. Reporting

  • Prepare weekly/monthly marketing reports and market updates.
  • Track competitor activities, pricing, and promotional strategies.

Job Requirements

  1. Education: Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  2. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the consumer goods or home appliances industry.

  3. Skills:

  4. Strong communication and writing skills, with an eye for detail.

  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
