We are looking for a talented Marketing Executive to undertake marketing position for the benefit of our company. You will organize creative campaigns and promotional events that can make a difference for our company’s success according to trends and customer requirements.
1. Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies
2. Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, etc.), exhibitions and promotional events
3. Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
4. Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication
5. Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc.)
6. Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
7. Collaborate with Top Management in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
8. Compiling, distributing and presenting ideas, information and strategies
9. Coordinating promotional activities, events and interviews
10. Managing production and performance of multimedia content
11. Writing and proofreading creative copy
12. Maintaining websites and tracking data analytics
13. Managing social media campaigns
14. Monitoring performance of marketing campaigns.
15. Can use design platform like Canva

Requirements and skills:
1. Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role
2. Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
3. Familiarity with social media and web analytics
4. Excellent communication and people skills
5. With 3 years working experience
6. Minimum Diploma/Degree in Marketing or Design
8. Work location: Parit Raja, Johor
9. Salary: RM 1800 + Commission

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
