Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily accounting functions, data entry, and journal postings
  • Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, journal entries)
  • Monitor cash flow, payments, and collections
  • Ensure all accounting records and documents are properly maintained and filed
  • Prepare SST submission, liaise with auditors, tax agents, and company secretary
  • Verify supplier invoices, staff claims, and payment vouchers
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency with standard office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), and other relevant industry tools.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is common, along with experience or fresh graduate is welcome.
  • Meticulous, analytical, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for client-facing interactions and internal coordination.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport, coupled with the ability to solve problems and manage client issues.
