**Responsibilities**:

- Direct communication with customers
- Organizing business to business interactions & road-show events
- Manage post-sales customer service & require office operations
- Conducting team meetings and manage client campaigns
- Responsible for driving revenue growth & delivering innovative customer retentation strategies
