**Role Overview**
As a Campaign Specialist in the marketing department, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, utilizing various channels, and analyzing campaign performance to drive success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop campaign strategies aligned with business goals.
- Work with content creators, designers, and copywriters to develop compelling and on-brand campaign materials.
- Develop detailed campaign timelines and project plans.
- Coordinate tasks and deliverables with internal teams and external vendors to meet deadlines.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Monitor expenses and optimize budget allocation for maximum impact.
- Plan and execute A/B tests on various campaign elements to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with design, content, product, and sales teams to ensure campaign alignment with overall business strategies.
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on data insights and industry best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing with a focus on collaboration and project management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools and project management methodologies.
- Strategic thinking and ability to align collaboration efforts with business objectives.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights.
- Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
