**Company Overview**

We are partnering with a Listed Group that is one of the Top in their field and has been making a change to our environment since 2013. They are involved in the provision of engineering, procurement, and commissioning of solar photovoltaic facilities providing for residential, commercial and industrial buildings. Now, they are looking for an excellent Marketing Specialist to join their team to assist in aspects of marketing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define campaign objectives, target audience, key messages, and desired out comes.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for campaign targeting and messaging.
- Create campaign strategies, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives and goals.
- Coordinate and oversee the end-to-end execution of campaigns, including content creation, creative development, asset production, and campaign deployment.
- Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and analyze data to measure effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Conduct A/B testing and implement iterative improvements to enhance campaign performance and ROI.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners, such as creative agencies and vendors, to ensure smooth campaign execution and delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in campaign management to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Provide regular campaign performance reports, insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate campaign documentation, including project plans, schedules, and budgets.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in campaign management, preferably in a marketing or advertising environment.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and deliver them on time and within budget.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to interpret campaign performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in using marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and campaign management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling campaign messaging and content.
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative campaign ideas.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of campaign analytics and reporting tools.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: Up to RM4,500.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
