**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the configuration and maintenance of GPS tracking systems
- Support troubleshooting and resolving issues related to hardware and software
- Perform diagnostic tests and quality control (QC) checks on vehicle tracking devices and sensors before deployment.
- Inspect returned devices to identify issues and assist in basic troubleshooting.
- Assist in maintaining technical documentation, reports, and inventory records
- Help analyze fleet data to optimize vehicle tracking efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company safety and quality standards
- Provide technical support to clients and team members when needed
- Collaborate with the operations and customer support teams to ensure smooth
system implementation

**Job Requirements**
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Engineering, IT,
Automotive Technology, or a related technical field
- Basic knowledge of GPS systems, vehicle wiring, and telematics (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks efficiently
- Possession of a valid driver’s license (preferred but not mandatory)

Location: Safe Truck Sdn Bhd - Mak Mandin Office
Duration: 3 - 6 months
Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30AM - 6:00PM, Alternate Saturday 8:30AM - 13:00PM

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM600.00 - RM800.00 per month
