**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Understand the issue first, then act — think before you escalate.
- Keep cool under pressure and respond professionally in all situations.
- Work closely with our technical and operations team to ensure smooth ticket resolutions.
- Make sure every support request is handled with care and within the deadline (SLA).

**What You’ll Need to Shine**:

- Diploma, degree, or equivalent certification — fresh grads are welcome too.
- Detail-oriented mindset — especially when reviewing technical info or issue history, you spot things others miss
- Calm under pressure, sharp in problem-solving.
- Great communicator (spoken and written) — in English & Bahasa Malaysia especially. Mandarin is a plus
- Comfortable with computers and multi-tasking tools.
- Great team player, but also able to handle tasks independently.
- **Willing to work in rotating shifts — including nights, weekends, and public holidays.**:
