Job description
1. Able to plan, monitor and maintain accuracy record of site progress report and material management.

2. Ensure high quality of workdone according to drawing and specification.

3. Provide work programme for both client and sub-contractor for timeline of the project.

4. Able to read and understand drawings.

5. To assist in preparation of progressive claims and Variation Order (VO) with project coordinator.

6. To ensure all material received is in order, place at right location and carry out site housekeeping.

7. Travel to and supervise multiple sites during the day.

Site Supervisor Requirements:
1. Completion of a post-secondary education construction training program.
2. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in construction management, construction science, civil engineering, or related field is preferred.
3. Proven experience working as a site supervisor.
4. CPR and first aid certifications.
5. Sound knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations.
6. Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
7. Outstanding leadership skills.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
9. Excellent organizational and communication skills.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
