**Primary Objective**:

- Support the Business Design Chapter Head in all matters relating to Business Analysts.
- Envision and continuously improve Business Analysis and consequently Business Design Chapter
- Administrative management of the Business Analysts,
- Manage, mentor and guide Business Analysts
- Support and motivate resource skillset development and growth
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with all stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular checkpoints with the BAs to understand the peaks and troughs of their performance at work and if need be, to address them.
- Advise, support and enable the growth of functional knowledge and skillset of the Business Analysts (BA) to ensure a continuous supply of qualified, well-rounded talents.
- Provide leadership, mentoring and guidance for the BAs continued development of soft skills, leadership skills and other relevant areas they may wish to develop in.
- Enlist, monitor and address stakeholder feedback regarding BAs’ work performances including attitude and professionalism.
- Support the Business Design Chapter Head in championing a healthy chapter culture and innovative and courageous mindset to push boundaries and reimagine effective customer journeys.
- Collaboratively build an engaged chapter.
- Work with the Business Design Chapter Head in resource recruitment and resource allocation to projects/squads within the Bank as required. Be able to do this via active recommendation of potential BA resources based on their skillset and desired area of growth / exposure.
- Collaborate and align with other Chapters to facilitate Group Digital Transformation’s smooth operations.
- Continuously develop one’s self on people and team management skills, rapport building and any other skills that may positively impact the Section Head’s scope of work.

- Any related accreditation in design thinking, innovation or agile is advantageous by not compulsory

Min. 7 years’ experience, preferably with at least 3 years in banking industry with or without people management of teams

- Ability to motivate and work independently with guidance on people management.
