**Job Type**: Permanent

**Responsibilities**:
1. Make travel arrangements & bookings on behalf of the boss.
2. Take minutes of meeting.
3. Assist in typing documents & preparing presentation.
4. File documents systematically.
5. Go overseas with the boss & provide secretarial support.
6. Prepare reports for the boss.
7. Free up the boss time by helping him with any admin tasks.
8. Any adhoc task assigned by the boss.

**Requirements**:
2. Languages: able to speak English, Chinese & BM.
3. Education: Diploma or above.
4. Experience: at least 5 years as a Personal Assistant.
5. Good writing skills & able to draft letters.
6. Able to travel overseas from time to time.
7. Willing to work in Penang.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

- Bayan Lepas: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
