**Hiring: Designer (Sportswear & Apparel)**

**Location**: Sungai Dua, Gelugor, Penang (opposite USM)

**Basic Pay**: RM2,200 - RM2,600 per month

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- **Create & Design**: Develop custom jerseys and medals that match client requests (patterns, colors, materials).
- **Quality Check**: Ensure designs are production-ready and meet brand standards.
- **Work with Clients**: Join discussions to understand their vision and suggest creative options.
- **Stay Trendy**: Research the latest sportswear ideas and propose new concepts.
- **File Management**: Keep logos, fonts, and artwork organized for smooth workflow.

**What We’re Looking For**
- At least **SPM qualification** with a drive to grow in design.
- Minimum **1 year design experience** (branding, marketing visuals, or digital content).
- Skilled in **Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop** (Bonus: Blender/Rhino for 3D).
- Knowledge of fabrics, embroidery, UV printing, or metal finishing is a plus.
- Creative thinker with a good eye for detail and design.
- Strong communication & teamwork skills.
- Able to multitask, manage deadlines, and work independently.
- Fluent in **English & Bahasa Malaysia**.
