Manage incoming calls and WhatsApp messages, and coordinate appointment scheduling.
- Accurately prepare prescribed medications and process client payments.
- Issue receipts and ensure correct payment amounts are received and recorded.
- Verify the accuracy of medications, products, and payment amounts.
- Liaise with laboratories for the timely collection of samples.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and reception area.
- Demonstrate comfort and professionalism when interacting with animals, as the owner may occasionally bring in pets to the front desk.
- Uphold high standards of clinic cleanliness and hygiene.
- Provide support with animal restraint when necessary.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,400.00 per month

Expected hours: 48 per week
