**Job Scope**:

- Develop Incoming, In-Process and Outgoing Quality / Environmental parts and materials inspection schedule.
- Ensure effective implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001:2015, ISO14001:2015 & IATF 16949:2016 Management System are properly maintained and continuously review for improvement.
- Liaise with customers and suppliers on quality / environmental aspects.
- Coordinate companywide calibration control.
- Coordinate analysis of cause and corrective action of non-conformance parts.
- Ensure documented inspection procedures and work instructions are carried out by subordinates.
- Coordinate companywide training requirement on quality matters.
- Responsible for the implementation of quality related improvement projects.
- Collect and Analyze records of all inspections data.
- Report to the Assistant Quality Assurance Manager / Manager if there is any doubt.
- Calculate Monthly Rejection Lots and Analyze Overall Defects Rate.
- To ensure non-inclusion of banned or regulated substances in materials, processes and finished products.
- Additional responsibilities as and when instructed by superior.
- Liaise with customer for conditional acceptance of parts.
- Hold dispatch until all inspection have been carried out.
- Hold process for reasons of non-conformance.
- Hold rejected part till corrective action has been taken or conditionally accepted by customer.
- Request for other department manpower's when there is a need for selection and rework.
- Act on behalf of the Assistant Quality Assurance Manager / Manager in their absence excluding approving the Purchase Requisition.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma and above.
- Minimum 3-4 years of working experience and knowledge in QA, ISO & IATF preferably from a manufacturing industry.
- Able to communicate in English and BM.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
