**Responsibilities**
- Conduct routine quality checks on raw materials, semi-finished, and finished chicken products.
- Perform laboratory tests (e.g., microbiological, chemical, physical) to ensure products meet food safety and quality standards.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining QA documentation, records, and reports (lab results, inspection logs, non-conformance reports).
- Monitor compliance with HACCP, GMP, ISO, HALAL, and other regulatory requirements.
- Support QA team in internal audits, external audits, and customer inspections.
- Ensure proper sampling procedures for raw materials, water, in-process, and finished goods.
- Monitor hygiene and sanitation practices in the production floor. 8. Assist in investigating customer complaints, product rejections, and non-conformities, proposing corrective actions.
- Calibrate and maintain lab equipment to ensure accurate results.
- Provide QA support to production team on day-to-day quality issues.
- Report any deviations to QA Executive/Manager immediately.

**Requirements**:

- SPM/Diploma/Degree in Food Technology, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of laboratory testing procedures and food safety regulations.
- Experience in poultry processing/food manufacturing environment is an advantage.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Willing to work in production environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
