Job Responsibilities

1) Perform routine quality checks on incoming, stored, and outgoing chilled products.

2) Monitor temperature records of chillers, cold rooms, and vehicles to ensure compliance with specifications (e.g., 0°C to -4°C).

3) Assist in the inspection of product conditions, packaging, and labeling.

4) Ensure adherence to food safety standards such as HACCP, GMP, and company policies.

5) Report and document any non-conformances, quality issues, or deviations.

6) Maintain accurate records of inspections, temperature logs, and quality reports.

7) Assist in internal audits and external inspections (e.g., customer, regulatory authorities).

8) Support investigations and corrective actions for quality complaints or incidents.

9) Collaborate with operations and warehouse teams to ensure proper product handling.

10) Ensure hygiene standards are maintained within chilled storage areas.

Job Requirements

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years QA experience preferred.
  • Minimum SPM or Diploma in Food Technology, Science, or related field.
  • Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and cold chain requirements is an advantage.
  • Able to work in cold/chilled environments.
  • Attention to detail and good communication skills.
  • Willing to work shifts and weekends if required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1, RM2,300.00 per month
