Job Responsibilities

  • Lead automotive documentation (Procedures, Forms, VVI) and SOPs.
  • In charge of customer audits.
  • Handle automotive documentation related to 5 Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, MSA, FMEA, SPC).
  • Conduct product, process, and internal audits.
  • In charge of ISO 9001:2015 internal and external audits.
  • Coordinate and support certification audits (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF
  • Liaise with auditors and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors on quality issues.
  • Develop, review and update quality assurance standards and procedures.
  • Identify potential quality risks and assist with the implementation of mitigation plans.
  • Support risk-based thinking in process planning and execution.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, Manufacturing or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in QA/QC/QMS.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System and IATF 16949 Automative Quality Standards.
  • Knowledge of additional standards (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Attention to detail.
