Assist H.O.D to ensure QMS is established, implemented & maintained accordance to ISO9001, ISO14001 and KPI objective. Report to H.O.D on any failure and suggest quality improvement.

Manage and handle day to day quality issue in line.

Audit and maintaining process and implementation improvement.

To maintain good 5S, Jigs, Measuring and Equipment's and high discipline works;

Updated and ensure effectiveness of QA/QC document –eg check sheet.

Internal Continuous Improvement Team ( Scrap Analysis and Improvement Team).

Provide QC and workers for Quality Training and access competency effectiveness.

Committee of Audit - Internal, Customer and Supplier.

Attend customer meeting/ Internal meeting (Production & MRB).

Handle Customer Complaint ( PDCA, Failure Analysis, CAR, improvement).

Manage Supplier NCR , improvement &  audit.

Support QMS ISO9001 and EMS 14001 requirements and procedures

Updated Control Plan, FMEA,  W.I QAQC department if any changes.

Any other duties assigned by the QA Manager from time to time.
