Are you passionate about combining technical expertise with customer engagement?

We're looking for an Inside Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team and be part of a leading name in the Oil & Gas valve manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strong technical knowledge on product design, codes, applications, and specifications.

• Process incoming customer inquiries accurately and promptly into the ERP system.

• Review both commercial and technical aspects of customer inquiries.

• Collaborate closely with Technical, Costing, and Engineering teams to review specifications, provide costing input, and prepare quotations or tender submissions.

• Ensure all Sales Department procedures are strictly followed.

• Prepare commercial offers and pricing in line with company and customer requirements.

• Maintain timely, professional, and responsive communication with customers to ensure top-tier service delivery.

• Generate reports based on key performance indicators (KPIs) as set by Management.

• Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, Health, Safety & Environment (HS&E), and QA/QC compliance.

• Travel occasionally for customer meetings when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering or related field.

• 2–3 years of experience in technical sales, inside sales, or application engineering (preferably in Oil & Gas or manufacturing industry).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office applications.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
