About the role

As a Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales and growth of PROFICIENT ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS PLT. Based in Shah Alam, Selangor, this full-time position will see you engage with clients, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions that exceed their expectations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within the Information & Communication Technology and medical industry
  2. Conducting market research and analysing industry trends to develop effective sales strategies
  3. Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations to prospective clients
  4. Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals to meet and exceed revenue targets
  5. Providing post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  6. Collaborating with the technical team to understand product capabilities and features
  7. Continuously expanding your product knowledge and technical expertise

  1. Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role within the Information & Communication Technology industry
  2. Strong technical understanding and ability to translate complex solutions into easy-to-understand value propositions
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients
  4. Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and address customer needs
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
