JOB FUNCTIONS
- Assist manager of Sales & Marketing Division to coordinate company's Sales and marketing functions.
- To expand company's business in Malaysia and overseas.
- To prepare marketing proposals and make sales presentation to clients or prospective customers.
- To coordinate sales and marketing activities between customers and engineering team.
- To handle customer complaints.
- To develop and maintain successful customer relationships.
- To maintain and update clients' profile.
- Analyze, evaluate and improve the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs and results.
- Other duties and responsibilities assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Possesses a Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration or Marketing from any recognized institutions.
- Knowledge of contracting and negotiation.
- Possesses at least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing in related field.
- Good command of English and ability to speak Japanese is an added advantage.
- Good communication, excellent customer service and strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willing to travel and possesses own transport.
