Role Description

We are expanding our team and having few vacancies based in Shah Alam, Penang, Johor and Singapore.

The Sales Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Shah Alam. The role involves providing technical support to clients, identifying customer requirements, offering tailored solutions, and driving sales to meet targets. The Sales Engineer will develop strong customer relationships, prepare technical proposals, and collaborate closely with the team to ensure satisfaction and resolve technical queries effectively. Regular communication with clients and proactive problem-solving will be integral to success in this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong capabilities in Sales Engineering and Technical Support to provide customized solutions and resolve issues effectively.
  • Proven skills in Sales and Customer Service to build and maintain strong client relationships while achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent Communication skills to convey technical details clearly and address customer inquiries professionally.
  • Ability to work on-site in Johor Bahru, Shah Alam and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Educational background in engineering or a related technical field is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with pump systems, industrial equipment, and knowledge of fluid-handling industries is an advantage.
