Sales Engineer/Senior Sales Engineer (multiple location): Nilai, Seremban (Central)/ Penang (Northern)/Kuantan (East Coast)/ Johor (Southern)

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers to promote our pumps and engineering solutions.
• Promote and sell pumps, blowers, and fluid handling solutions—especially for water and wastewater treatment systems, building services, or cooling tower systems.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product recommendations.
• Work closely with the engineering team to offer accurate technical support.
• Conduct site visits, gather technical data, and coordinate with our engineers for proposals.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and assist in price negotiations.
• Provide after-sales service and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated with market trends and competitors' activities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and report progress to management.

Who We're Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in pumps, blower or related technical sales.
• Prior experience in water or wastewater treatment applications will be a strong advantage.
• Technical proficiency in pumps, blowers, fluid systems, and ideally water & wastewater equipment.
• Good communication skills in English, Malay, or Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Self-motivated, independent, and team-oriented.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel for customer visits.
