Position Overview:
The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and other outreach methods. This role involves scheduling appointments for the sales team, maintaining a robust pipeline of leads, and contributing to the overall sales strategy. The ideal candidate will have experience in the IT consulting industry and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
- Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to introduce the company's IT consulting services.
- Utilize email campaigns, social media, and other outreach methods to generate leads.
- Research and identify potential clients within the target market.
Appointment Setting:
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and provide necessary information.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads.
Sales Pipeline Management:
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and detailed information on leads and prospects.
- Track and report on sales activities and results.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities.
Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through regular follow-ups.
- Understand client needs and tailor the sales approach accordingly.
- Provide clients with information about the company's services and solutions.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts with marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Participate in sales meetings and provide feedback on lead quality and market trends.
Performance Metrics:
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as the number of calls made, appointments set, and leads converted.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Proven experience in inside sales, cold calling, and appointment setting.
- Experience working in the IT consulting industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
