**About Us**
We are a specialist engineering firm delivering comprehensive solutions in the water and wastewater treatment sector — including process design, equipment supply, construction, commissioning, and consultation services. Our projects range from _**Palm Oil Mill ETS**_ to _**Industrial R.W.T. Systems**_. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a technically capable and driven Site Supervisor to support our growing project portfolio.

**Role Overview**
The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing field installation, site coordination, and basic civil works for water and wastewater treatment systems. The role includes shop-floor supervision during equipment fabrication at our factory, and managing subcontractors and general workers during on-site implementation. This position acts as the main liaison between clients and the project team during the execution phase.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**-**_**Coordinate and monitor basic civil and structural works**_, including equipment foundations, plinths, and minor concrete structures.
**-**_**Supervise installation of mechanical and process systems**_ for water/wastewater treatment plants in accordance with project specifications, P&IDs, and layout drawings.
**-**_**Monitor and assign tasks to general workers and subcontractors**_, ensuring quality and timeline targets are met while adhering to safety protocols.
**-**_**Perform maintenance duties**_ for water treatment systems at site.
- Serve as the main on-site point of contact for clients and consultants.
**-**Maintain proper site records, daily reports, and communicate site progress and issues to the project engineer or project manager.
**-**_**Oversee fabrication and assembly**_ of process equipment, piping, skids, and structural components at the company’s fabrication facility.

**Required Qualifications**:
**-**Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in the water/wastewater treatment or M&E construction industry.
- Working knowledge of mechanical systems, including pumps, motors, piping, and support structures.
- Experience with welding and fabrication processes, including MIG/TIG, is essential.
- Familiarity with construction drawings, P&IDs, and installation standards.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with both site personnel and clients.
**-**Possession of valid driving license and willingness to travel to project sites.

**Highly Preferred Qualifications**:
**-**Basic knowledge of electrical systems, including MCC panels, instrumentation (level sensors), and cable routing.
**-**Familiarity with SPAN / JKR / CIDB / ISO standards is an added advantage.
