Campaign Strategy
- Master the branding of Telebort, such as mission, purpose, culture, values, and more.
- Work closely with the Growth and Academic Team to understand their objectives.
- Set your monthly campaign that you wish to run for our targeted audience.
- Be innovative and creative in copywriting.

**Content Creating**:

- Plan the weekly marketing campaign using a content calendar.
- Plan and schedule daily social media posts.
- Comfortable using a phone to take short form content (stories, reels).
- Edit photos and videos using platforms like Canva and Capcut.
- Create PDF or digital brochures using platforms like Canva.

**Content Distribution**:

- Actively update campaign information, testimonials to make sure our targeted audience understands what is happening.
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using relevant analytics tools.

**To be successful in this role, you will need to have**:

- Academic qualification in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Media, Public Relations, Advertising, Multimedia, Psychology or equivalent.
- You have a niche but loyal followers and stay active in social media accounts.
- You know how to use editing tools to produce social media content.
- You are fluent in English and are good at communicating your ideas.
- You want to contribute positive impacts to society using your skills and knowledge.
- You can work well with multiple and challenging projects at one time.
- You can work flexible hours.
- Having the entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to thrive in volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity (VUCA) environment.
