**Working Hours**
Normal Working Hours
- Review and monitor assigned accounts and all applicable collection reports.
- Provide timely follow up on payment arrangements.
- Making outbound collection calls in a professional manner while keeping and improving customer relations.
- Collect customer payments in accordance with payment due dates.
- Identify issues attributing to account delinquency and discuss them with management.
- Manage the recovery of written off accounts.
- Manage inbound calls that relate to payment and collection issues.

**Job Requirements**
- Study in business or financial backgound
- At least 1 year credit control / credit analyst experience is preferred. Fresh
- Graduates are welcomed to apply
- Mandarin speaker will be an added advantage (extra allowance will be given)
- Able to start work immediately or in a short notice
