This role leads the development and implementation of all aspects of the relevant organization’s (healthy appliances, healthy living, collection, or service organization) training programs, policies, and objective through seminars, lectures, and team exercises to ensure an effective workforce and to achieve company goals.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**

Conceptualize and create training materials based on training needs, data and research.
Implement and conduct training to multiple levels of organization members and help learners meet specified performance expectations.
Coach participants on the job, ensuring learning translates into performance.
Maintain online database of all training materials
Contact and utilize outside vendors and resources for training courses when needed.
Collating feedback on completed training to evaluate and measure results and make improvements where required
Coordinate and monitor enrolment, schedules, budget, and equipment.
Consult with other trainers and managers to determine best methods to aid in the support of participant skill strength, gap identification and development.

**QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED**

Academic Education: Possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree
Language Proficiency: English, Malay, Mandarin
Able to converse in Mandarin is added advantage for this position
Professional Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Technical & Management Skills: Proficient computer skills - Microsoft Office Suite; Strong public speaking skills; Organized and able to create multiple timelines, budgets, and schedules.
Personal & Interpersonal skills: Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management; Team player,Willing to travel&Passionate and able to work independently.
