Bank Customer Service Executive

Attend to **_inbound calls _**in a contact center environment
- Able to provide a high service level by interacting with international customers with an aim to achieve maximum customer satisfaction
- Able to resolve customer queries and issues with an aim to provide a first call resolution
- A good listener with an ability to establish a good rapport with the customers as well as attending to their needs to offer relevant product, services, and solutions from the brand
- Have a strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and integrity
**Requirements**:
- Possess a **_Diploma / Degree_** (**_Minimum SPM _**holder must have working experience in customer service)
- Must be able to work on **_rotational shifts_**:
- Excellent communication skills and
- _fluent in English language _*(spoken and written)
- Available to work at
- _TRX (Tun Razak Exchange)_*
