**Position : Warehouse Manager**

**Location**: Seri Austin, JB

**Salary**: Basic RM7,000+ (up to RM9,000 with commission & allowances)

**Working Time**: 6 days, 9am-6pm

**Lunch Break**: 1h 30min

**Probation Period**: 3-6 months

**Annual Leave**: Pro-rated

**Public Holidays**: 13 days (Replacement leave if worked)

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipments, inventory, and storage.
- Ensure FIFO inventory management.
- Conduct stock cycle counts and resolve discrepancies.
- Improve procedures and reduce loss/damage.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety compliance.
- Lead team and ensure KPIs are achieved.
- Collaborate closely with sales, procurement, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or higher in Supply Chain/Business.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving.
- Trilingual (Chinese, BM, English).
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control processes

Pay: Up to RM7,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Warehouse Management: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
